Hi, I’m Kristine! A full-time Digital Content Creator for wildlife and the other half of 2425 Studio.
About
In 2019, Kristine moved to Toronto, Canada to pursue a Diploma in Special Event Management from George Brown College. Since 2021, she has been working full-time as a Digital Content Creator for the Communications Team at Toronto Wildlife Centre, a charity dedicated to important work in wildlife rehabilitation and education. She creates content that supports the centre's mission by raising awareness and funds for wildlife rehabilitation while also educating the public about coexistence between humans and animals.
As the co-founder of 2425 Studio, she collaborates with a team of filmmakers and creatives to produce, direct, and write short films. She hopes to build a space where everyone can learn, grow, and explore their creativity. She deeply believes in giving people opportunities to tell their stories and in providing a platform where they can be shared with heart, dedication, and a true sense of purpose, alongside her dear friend and co-founder, Stephanie Lee.
Kristine’s diverse background extends beyond filmmaking. She holds a transnational double degree in International Hospitality Management from De La Salle-College of Saint Benilde in the Philippines and Vatel Hotel & Tourism Business School. Her earlier roles, including producing multimedia for events like the Young Hoteliers Exposition (YHE) and Manila Food and Beverages Exposition (MAFBEX), as well as managing stage productions for the Benilde Office of Culture and Arts, shaped her creativity in all its forms. She was awarded a scholarship during her college years and completed her education while working on theatre productions with Benilde's Stage Production and Operations Team. Kristine also received the Best Production Manager award at De La Salle-College of Saint Benilde’s Annual Theatre Festival, Crossroads 15, for her work on Ang Mansyon ni Mayor (2018).
